Ryan Connors, Executive Chef
Chef Connors is a native Rhode Islander who grew up a Navy brat bouncing around the country from station to station with his family until they settled in Jacksonville, FL. His culinary journey has mirrored his travels as a young man.
This is his second time around at Capriccio, where he shined as sous chef before expanding his culinary horizons. His passion and growth blossomed in Boston under the tutelage of Chef Michael Schlow at Radius, selected one of the “25 Best Restaurants in America” by Gourmet Magazine.
He followed with stops in kitchens in LA, NYC and Savannah, GA, working aside some of our nation’s most celebrated and respected chefs. It was in Savannah where Chef Connors found his true voice and culinary vision as Chef de Cuisine at the famed Sapphire Grill.
At Capriccio, his refined style and signature techniques are exhibited in an ever-evolving menu of traditional favorites and unique creations featuring the freshest local ingredients and the most seductive and distinctive flavors.
