This New York native’s experience in all facets of kitchen operation made him the ideal choice to continue Capriccio’s tradition of culinary excellence.

The skills and techniques Chef Hagar employs to continually elevate the Capriccio menu and introduce new flavors to our clientele have been gained as Chef de Partie, Chef Tournant and Chef de Cuisine at acclaimed restaurants from Manhattan to the Carolinas.

Specializing in Neo-Classical Italian cuisine and Regional American fare, Jon’s approach is both modern and progressive. Committed to working with local farmers and culinary artisans, his New England sensibility is reflected in a menu that fully exhibits his unique culinary talent and creativity.
